Fun fact: Court comes after being arrested and charged, not before. So this video's title should be Boris and Doris get arrested / go to court / go to jail for 11 months / get scammed. I mean, bail works a bit like that, but the idea is someone outside jail pays the bail to let the person in jail out, but if you break the conditions, for example, going to a certain place, going abroad, committing more crime, you could get locked up again.
