Boris can’t be Tom because Alice angel says: “meet the new and improved Boris” which means she did in fact kill Boris and like you said the ink machine and create endless copy’s of the same character.

Boris probably did come back at one of the Bendy statues. But Tom appears right after Boris dies and in batdr they’re alive at the time time and they look different so Tom is not Boris

Imma debunk this if you don't mind. 1. In BATIM, there is a secret where you can put a bone in boris mouth that also appears on brute boris mouth, showing that they are the same. 2. in BATDR, Boris is seen walking past Audrey in chapter one. If you clip out of bounds and look, it is indeed just normal boris. Alice appears shortly after saying she has a wolf. Would it take time for boris to take the damage Tom has taken and meet Alice? 3.on Twitter, theMeatly, the writer and creator of Bendy, has said brute boris is indeed our boris multiple times. 4. As for the bone secret I mentioned, if you use it on boris, it will not be on Tom.

If you put a bone in Buddy Boris's mouth before he gets kidnapped then when the Brute Boris boss Fight rolls around he'll still have the bone. They're the same guy.

In batdr, tom and boris are two different people, tom is with Allison, and before the end, if you go back to the vent at the start of the gent building, you can see normal boris crawling around, meaning, that they are two different fellas ar two different places.

This theory’s evidence makes zero sense. You say that Allison only meet Tom closer to the end of the game, but in her speech in the original game she literally says “I have a wolf”… And why would Boris hate you for “Leaving him to die”? Henry was out cold when Boris got taken! And it has to be Henry’s Boris, cause if you give Boris his bone in Chapter 3, Brute Boris has it in Chapter 4. And from a storytelling standpoint, why would it be like this!

I can debunk this, Tom was most likely one of the first entities in the cycle, and if they were the same Boris, than Boris would’ve looked like Tom in BATDS and CH2-CH4.
