Keep in mind Obama was opposed by both parties for a large part of his presidency and I don't know how big the appetite would have been for Obama helping them during the financial crisis. I do agree McCain would have stood up to him more though, even if neither Bush or Clinton stood up to Russia when they invaded Georgia and Chechnya. Hell, even the Russian Afghan war was mostly just 1 Senator using his political capital to help them.

As an American I'm wondering if congress passes a foreign aid bill for ukraine, if Ukraine would get the money despite Trump? Of course he could veto and congress may override it, but I think the money would have to be given to Ukraine and then they could buy weapons directly from companies. Wow. Basically, Boris wants to escalate to the point where UK can make as much money off Ukraine as possible and calls it ‘help’. Also, Sudetenland was granted to Germany as part of Munich agreement by U.K. and France (so much for Hitler’s playbook). Not sure where he stands on Brits fighting or not fighting Russians though.

I have listened to "Ukraine the latest" for quite some time, but this was the first time I have actually seen the presenters. I don't know why, but they are not what I pictured in my head 😂
