What a noble woman. I have just come to this interview of 21 months ago, after reading a searingly frank account by Petronella of her being temporarily institutionalised with acute depression after Xmas 2024. She is invited by her cordial interviewers to put the boot into Boris, but instead she talks about Boris’s best traits… at the same time as not totally ignoring his bad ones. Her wonderfully honest answer to Richard’s question at 11.10 is so telling though, given that her breakdown this Xmas was due in large measure not just to her loneliness in living alone, but also to being sacked from the one job that was giving her an income. Brava! Petronella… please stay alive. Boris may or may not think he does not need you, but the WORLD most emphatically does. - Dai Woosnam, Grimsby UK.
