No we are not, use common sense, limit the viral load dosage by using a mask, eye protection and wash your hands and do not touch your face unless your hands are sanitised. You don't need rubber gloves to use public transport either, a pair of cotton / fleece or gardening gloves will do just ensure that you wash them afterwards. I'm very upset with this government. Boris has failed as a leader. We needed tight restrictions at the airports. We needed PPE for our NHS and other carer's. The last Lockdown I got depressed, so I knitted a Scarf over three months it is 15 foot Long , I hide in the cupboard for the first week ,only coming out for a cup of tea every couple of hours ,the second week i did venture out side but only 50 yards , if we have another Lockdown I'll make a 20 foot long Scarf , and take up hula hooping ,listen to a bit of Chopin ,and drink lots of wine ,plus hot chocolate if it's cold ,

In Italy we have the army police and it was used during the lockdown. They usually just parked their car in town centre and checked paperwork of drivers of cars rather than people but when you live in a small town and is flooded with army police and normal police I guarantee everyone wear the mask properly and there is social distancing. Sending the army, along mask compulsory law for day and night, should had been enforced 6 months ago... Now it seems a joke
