I believe for that one has to be an "invited builder" by the organization, or by one of the vendors. If you get "invited" by Harley, you get a free bike but all customizations is done on your own dime.

i've been riding bikes for almost 50 years M.C.C. kept a '78 550 super sport as a daily ride, starting and listening to him and other bikes never gets boring. What the fuck is going to happen to society and clubs with electric 1 gear bikes. There's a black cloud on the horizon we must fight against it. OGRI
