I thoroughly enjoyed the actual short film. The review reaction though... I was really sad and sorry to watch the rest of the Video. I am almost 40 and married and 2 kids with 2 elderly parents to take care of. I work for a US Based IT Staffing company and I work in nights to keep up with my counter parts in US and I have been doing this for 15 years. It is a bit late for me to do something more passionate for me. However, I encourage who ever who would really need a leap to take that. God bless you all. Sorry Jaby, Achara & Rachel .. I love you guys. But I was little depressing for me, as I think I can't do anything about it at this point.

This is probably too late for you to read Jaby, but I'll share this anyway. Life is incredibly harder in India. Just making ends meet in India is the biggest struggle and people spend their entire lives securing a stable, not luxurious, just stable, life for themselves and their families. People in India have a lot of talent and passions that they want to follow, but there just isn't enough scope and money in any career apart from the very few narrow mainstream professions like engineering, being a doctor or a software developer or something. With literally millions of people competing with you for everything in just your city itself means that the chances of success doing something which isn't a proper job are extremely less. In the US, this isn't as big a deal as in India as there isn't the same level of competition by far because of the humongous Indian population as well as the ridiculous financial disparity here in India. Sharing this just to provide a context for the message of this movie.
