in Australia, our equivalents are Men At Work's (obvious name is obvious) Down Under (not actually a pro-Australia song; video makes it more obvious w/ the property developer putting up the for sale sign), Midnight Oil's ... well basically everything Midnight Oil has ever released, so I'll pick an example - when they used to play King of the Mountain at Bathurst they'd cut it right before they yell WORKERS OF THE WORLD, run to the top of the mountain. Got a real challenge for you, over 50% of the Union Army was composed of African Americans and Immigrants from the 48ers, but nobody has ever done a musical track on this. How about a Remix/Blending of "The Irish Volunteer" "I Goes To Fight Mit Sigel" and "Marching Song of the first Arkansas Negro Divisions". You could call it "Spirit of the 48ers" as the 48ers fought against all forms of what they perceived as Serfdom, and they saw Southern Slavery as American Serfdom that had to be destroyed, as they had lost their fight to destroy it in Europe at the time, they wanted to defeat it in the United States.
