Awesoem guys. Some of things would make it more helpful like self inflating foldable mats (I use Quechua Forclaz 400) That creats kind of gap between body and ground and are efficient in maintaining temperature along with sleeping bag. Also it is very important to boil water before consumption coz there might be some dead animal up in the water stream that could contaminate it.
