तीन डब्बे होने चाहिए, टिफिन के खाने मे वो स्वाद नही, जो गरम मे होता है. घर की जिम्मेदारी निभाने वाला थंडा खाऐ अच्छा नही लगता. इसलिए सुबह का ताझा गरम नाश्ता खिलाऐ. रात को कम खाऐ और जल्दी सोऐ.चार पांच घंटे बाद भी स्वादिष्ट लगे वो बनाए. पराठा, छोले, पनीर , तवा पुलाव, पालक पुलाव, थेपले, मिर्ची, ढोकला, पावभाजी, पंचमेल दाल ,चावल..........प्यार से मिठाई भी दे.
