Borowski Bill to Safeguard Hospital Mergers Passes House

Pa. state Rep. Lisa Borowski discusses her bill that would give the state Attorney General additional power to review hospital and healthcare system mergers to ensure they're done properly and don't leave communities without access to care. The bill passed the Pa. House and now heads to the Pa. Senate for consideration.
