A lot like F1 2011 for handling, car leans so much I can't get confident with it yet (with that setup used anyway) will be inducing massive understeer next race me thinks to counter it. as for ai I think it's still a step in the right direction and I like that they make more mistakes now (kinda felt like the right amount of yellow flags during an Australian gp compared with the real thing). Overall it's got a thumbs up even if im not up to speed yet. p.s can't believe still no P! and P2.....

Hi Andrew. I love ur videos, but i can get easily distracted and often just skip to the end of the video, to see the results. could you make highlights of the race, and make it around 30 mins long. that would suit me, and probably others well!

well, i wonder that i was able to finish in the same car (first time since 2010 that i have the same car in the career mode as you have) in a better place than you - in the past you had the much slower cars, but finished sometimes somehow in a better position. i finished in 7th in australia, you can see the race on my channel called "iceman" by the way ;) i don't think you are slow, the ai is really much better than it was the years before, but i have much more fun now playing the career mode :)

When in the cockpit view how do you know when your KERS is done?

It displays a number on the right LED panel. The number ranges from 400 (full KERS) to 0 (empty). If on PC, there may be a mod to change that to percentage points but I am not sure on this.

Good driving and being only 2 laps down is nothing to be ashamed of, given that the fastest lap in this race was over two seconds faster than in the "real" race. However, I think you should reconsider your pitstop strategy. What's the point of pitting 5 laps before the finish? After your poor start probably the best thing to do was to pit very early to avoid traffic, but that's undesirable as you started on the harder tyres.

I haven't watched this video (I'm doing it right now, but I believe the aggressive fuel strategy is a mistake, as seen in the F1 2012 game. I'll explain why. I think that the other drivers are racing lean or standard fuel strategies and at the end they rev up a little. So phenomenally you do very well in the first half of the race, but then you tend to lose some places. I see that you did the same here as well, now I'll watch the whole thing and see where you re gonna be placed.

f1 2013 is a bit too arcadey for me, if you want a good f1 game play rfactor with the f1rs 2013/gp2 mod, its great.
