In the Boruto era, the concept of children fighting and dying was basically unheard of, and the newer generation got softer and rarely showed such resolve as Boruto did.

@@its_Criminal1 Borushiki was low on chakra in his fight against Sasuke. Just like against Boro, he had to use the body of an unconscious Boruto after he was beaten up. We already saw from the first part that being with low chakra nerfs you and in fact in the fight with Boro itself we are reminded of this fact with Borushiki having to absorb Naruto's chakra. In this fight Boruto was not exhausted or with little chakra, he makes it clear when he sees that Momoshiki stopped time. That's why we see Borushiki spamming Rasengan as the one who killed Boro.

He stopped hating Naruto since after the fight with momoshiki in episode 66,and his character has grown since then,and was gonna sacrifice himself on in the fight against isshiki too (with the kunai,bc we seen him push it forward to his neck full force but isshiki shrunk it). This has been bothering boruto for awhile now bc after he destroyed sasuke’s rinnegan,he was scared to sleep for days bc of the fear for momoshiki taking control and hurting anyone else again.
