Boryeong Undersea Tunnel is a 6.9km underwater tunnel that passes under the sea between Daecheon Port and Wonsan Island, and is said to be the fifth longest tunnel in the world.
[Boryeong Undersea Tunnel] Opened in December 2021. As the travel time to Daecheon Port and Yeongmok Port in Boryeong was shortened to 10 minutes, Boryeong and Taean Anmyeondo areas are emerging as new tourist belts representing the west coast.

Sinduri Coastal Sand Dunes is the largest coastal sand dune in Korea.
It is said that the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries designated it as an ecological conservation area in 2002.
Coastal sand dunes are topography formed by sand carried by algae and coastal currents being pushed up by waves and then blown away by the wind.
Various vegetation including corresponding flowers live throughout the dunes, making it an optimal natural learning center created by the sea and wind.
It is said to be a popular travel course throughout the four seasons as there are beaches and pine trails around the sand dunes.
