Customer service of Bosch is pathetic. I have BOSCH WAK20160IN/01. The tub needs to be replaced because Bosch doesn’t want it to be repaired, and spare parts are deliberately made difficult to buy. Thinking can it be used as a bad dustbin.

Totally wrong Bosch front load demo - bro Bosch it comes with spa technology Spa means… S.. soft paddle and big drum size from others P.. pre soaking or treatment A.. anti tangle/wrinkle What about other features??? Extra suspension or 3 springs from others. Low Vibration from others. Heavy counter weight it comes with.
