Bosch Angle Grinder GWS 6-115 - Bevel Gear Replacement

In this DIY tutorial, I show you how to replace the bevel gear and the pinion of your GWS 6-115 angle grinder from Bosch.

Great way to destroy your axle(just like you did :P). If you have bearing separator AND bearing puller then just simply hook puler to the separator. If you have only separator just clamp it like you did and then use 2 screws, and ~10mm steel bar to push the axle. Separator have 2 vertical holes, one on each side - use as large screws as possible. You need to drill 2 holes in steel bar in correct distance to push that axle. If you don't have separator / puller you can use long socket and hammer, but please use at least copper coin on top of axle to not destroy it like on this video.

Destruido el eje por los golpes, bruto... tendrías que usar un punzón o un extractor de ganchos.

golpear directamente el eje para que salga no es algo tecnico, ya que deforma la punta del eje, si se cambia la corona se debe cambiar el rodamiento

Super Job , ich hab ein PWS 620 , das was Sie repariert haben , ich meine die Kugellager ist defekt die mit Getribe (abstands metal ist kaputt und die kugellagern die bleiben alle zusammen .
