Unfortunately the manufacturer did not equip this unit to be robust . My charger glowed orange inside and smoked on it's death stroke. After a quick examination, I made the discovery that the ST Power Mosfet exploded and separating it into two parts. The fuse did not Blow. fortunately for me it did not start a fire. Needless to say We are very, very disappointed at Bosch!

I tried to jump a wire on the fuse, but the problem the small transformer lokking thing got sparks and burned. What seems to be the problem?

Probably shorted mosfets.

how about if the green led blinking and battery no.charching? what is the normally voltage between pins?

The blinking led generally means faulty battery. Sometimes you can get a faulty battery working again by charging it with a separate regulated power supply.....sometimes not. Worth a try, though.

Siempre que hacen el vídeo la reparacion es facil muy sencilla el cargador mio le cambie el transitor mosfet y tiene transformador bueno 18V pero no carga la bateria por eso digo los vieeo no son todos para las cosas difil siempre es sencillo pegar un cablesito o poner estaño y finciona guaoooo
