@@mendonsix You have to disassemble the battery. Then test all the cells with a multimeter on the DC Voltmeter position. The cells must be at 4V (4.10v 4.08v... also works) there must not be a difference of more than 0.5 between the cells. Example: if cell 1 is at 4.10v and cell 2 is at 4.04 it ain't no good. Find cells that are below 4v. To reassemble them you will need a mobile phone charging block and a charging cable. ⚠️The phone charging block must output 5V and 1A!! ⚠️. Cut the charging cable, strip the red wire (positive/+/phase). Stripped the black wire (negative/-/neutral) (the other wires are not used, you can remove them). Find the + terminal of the cell(s) to be charged and the - terminal. Hold the + on the + terminal of the cell to be charged and do the same for the -. Connect the charging cable to the charging pad and turn on the power. It will be necessary to check from time to time the evolution of the charge of the cells with the multimeter. You have to go up each cells that are lower than the others and put them at the same voltage. When the charging of all defective cells is finished you will disconnected everything then test the general voltage of the battery. When everything is finished you wait a day to check that the general voltage of the battery has not changed. (⚠️do not use the battery during this time ⚠️). If after a day the general voltage of the battery has not changed (example: 20.67v) you use the battery on a tool and once almost empty (1/3 bar or 2/5 for ProCore) you charge the battery on the official charger and wait for the full charge. Here is your battery is repaired (if the voltage has moved during the rest day the cells are dead).

What I did was use a good battery and bridge the pos to pos, neg to neg let it sit for 10 seconds then quickly put it on official charger that works most of the time

@@daultongentry6400 Yes it would work but the problem is that if one of the battery cells has dropped below the voltage of the others it will not work.
