This washer intermittently will not stop filling with water. I was not able to duplicate it but did notice the slow shut off of the water. When you see something like this you need to go ahead and replace the valve. This can happen to the hot water valve of the cold water valve. Heck it can even be happening on both. So if you have a washer that will not stop filling this video will help you out.

I have this same model. I have standing water in the softener area. How do I clear that out since there is no removable tray?

We have error code e 13 coming up on our bosch next 300 series washer. I have cleaned the drain pump but it is still showing up. Doesn't spin correct either. Can you help?

I was hoping you may be able to give me a few pointers or maybe an educated guess on my issue(s) with it? I know this vid was years ago but fter an hour of scouting KZbin, you're the first person to post a video with the same model as my own. If I run my washer on any spin cycle other than gentle, it'll thrash violently from time to time like I'm washing a pair of work boots along with an incredibly obnoxious ticking sound. There's nothing on the outside of the machine that could be rubbing against it; I do, however, have an impromptu/makeshift leg underneath as it was given to me used and missing leg. Even if you can only give me some more information on what to be searching for in my KZbin endeavors, I would GREATLY appreciate it.

Check and see if the original shipping bolts were ever removed upon setup in home.
