moin. Danke für das Video. Habe mir im Anschluss gleich die Säge und das Sägeblatt gekauft, weil es die Lösung für ein lange bestehendes Problem bei mir schien. Allerdings musste ich feststellen, dass die Schnittleistung schon nach ca. 10 Schnitten durch ein V2A Quadratrohr 40x40x2mm nach ließ. Nach weiteren 10 Schnitten nahm die Schnittleistung deutlich ab. Allerdings wirkt das Sägeblatt immer noch scharf, wenn man mit dem Daumen drüber geht. Wie sind Ihre Erfahrungen bezüglich haltbarkeit?

Ich habe das Blatt sogar mit einem Schnitt stumpf bekommen...bei einem Leistungstest in Vollmaterial. Ansonsten kommt das auch immer darauf an wie man schneidet. So standfest wie ein HSS-Blatt auf einer langsamen VKS ist es natürlich nicht. Da aber auch nur aufgrund der Schneidölkühlung. Mache ich bei der GCD jetzt auch und die Blätter halten deutlich länger

ist wie bei Ikea-Möbeln... die beiliegenden Innensechskantsschlüssel landen direkt im Müll und ordentliches, eigenes Werkzeug wird verwendet 😁

Wie lange hält das Sägeblatt? Bsp.: Angenommen man schneidet 100x damit Edelstahlrohre 41.2 mm. Ab wann kann man grob sagen, dass das Sägeblatt den Geist aufgibt. Als nach wie vielen Schnitten nur bei Rohren?

Also 100Schnitte sollten möglich sein. Ich habe es nie getestet, da mir die Blätter für solche Tests einfach zu teuer sind. Bekomme die Sachen ja nur ganz selten mal gestellt.

Es gibt viele Meldungen das die Schnitte nach wenigen anwendungen bereits qualitativ sehr stark nachlassen, wie sind deine erfahrungen?

Wie bei jedem Sägeblatt kommt es darauf an was und wie man schneidet. Die Blätter sind Nichts für dickwandige Profile. Dafür ist die Maschine zu schnell.

The GCD 12 JL is a cold cut Maschine. The GCO 20-14 oder 2000 is for abrasive disks

@@kirinworld3908 인터파크에서 98,000원 주고 60날 짜리 샀어요. 제가 별로 실수한 것이 없는 것 같은데 날이 몇 개 튀더니 갑자기 진동이 심하고 날을 살펴보니 날의 1/3 정도 부분의 이빨이 반토막으로 깨져 있어었어요.

Ich habe auch gerade zum ersten mal das Blatt (auf dieses Stainless-Steel) gewechselt - diesen ganzen Vorgang hätte man doch besser designen können, werkzeuglos bis auf den Sägeblattschlüssel?! Diese Kreuzschlitzschrauben - völlig deplaziert! So billig ist die Säge doch nicht, warum keine Innensechskant Schrauben?

eine Frage, wie lange hält das sägeblatt ungefähr ? ich habe etwas angst so viel zu investieren und dann geht es nach wenig zeit kaputt

Ganz schwer zu sagen. Kommt auf die Profile an. Für Vollmaterial ist es nicht geeignet. Da wäre es sehr schnell hin. Standard 40x40x2 ...sicher 100 Schnitte und mehr. Nie getestet.

​​@@aconitic9984 ich weiß ist schön ne Weile her, aber wir bekommen die nach und nach auch bei uns. Dasselbe Problem hatten wir auch und ich dachte wir sind vllt zu blöd aber nach Recherche habe ich festgestellt, dass die Schnittgeschwindigkeit mit dem Sägeblatt für Edelstahl viel zu hoch ist. Wir reden hier von fast 1400 m/min. Deshalb ist mMn das Bosch Sägeblatt für diese Säge nicht geeignet. Wir haben übrigens C Schienen damit geschnitten. Also nichts wildes eigentlich. Nach vllt 20 Schnitten enorme Gratbildung, das Trennen geht schwer und es fliegen minimal Funken.

@@DrG2k9 Hallo, ich habe endlich eine HM Kreissägeblatt bei Bayerwald und einen Elektronischer Drehzahlregler gekauft. Aber, ich habe es noch nicht ausprobiert. Ich denke, eine Bandsäge wäre besser geeignet, da die Sägeblätter billig sind. Ich kaufe meinen Stahl bei Bauhaus und sie machen alle ihre Zuschnitte mit der Bandsäge... Schlussfolgerung...

Eine M16-Stange schnippel ich dir mit einer Flex in weniger als 2 s durch. Wenn ich gut drauf bin sogar mit einer Handsäge innerhalb von 15 s. Dafür brauche ich keine GCD! Zeige uns doch lieber ob man damit 120 x 10 mm Flachstahl sägen kann. Dann würde ich mir das Teil auch kaufen!
