I cannot load the configuration, I get a firmware error.

I need to keep reloading the config file Everytime the paviro system reboots. This is an issue . Is it supposed to be like this or is there a box i am not checking to auto load the config wherever the system reboots

this system is not user friendly at all , and bosch support team is hard to reach and not helpful at all !!
