Krishna Raj ji, your efforts and the way of presenting the issue is praiseworthy, which presents a visualization of any issue. This is also a similar effort where your visualization effect is showing us some things that you have not said. If the company is claiming that they were not given enough opportunities to visit, whatever the reason, then it is natural that there must have been some deficiency in the service provided by the company or the service was not up to the standards of not only the consumer but also the company. Both these consumers deserve praise who are keeping their spirits up even after so many problems, they do not appear weak at all. Anyway, congratulations for the video, Krishna Raj ji.

I know for one thing. What Bosch and Siemens has done is beyond stupidity and absolute harassment of a consumer. What is worse is there is no concept of Trust and Loyalty that a brand stands for. Actions speak louder than words. Dont be in the market if you dont know how to treat your customers. If you are a brand as you claim to be know how to be one as magnanimous as brands are if not learn from David Ogilvy on how to be one.

I had an incident with the same company a while ago ji. They are very good at putting blame on the consumer. My washing machine was under warranty but they said that a mouse damaged my pipe and as a result made me pay for the part despite being in warranty... Sir ji, Bosch company is a cheater. My house has no mice and I live on third floor! This case reminded me of Erin Brockovich movie... Kudos to you, Krishnaraj ji. 👍

I am surprised that such a company would file a defamation case. Professionally I am a Statistical guy & we had SQC ( Statistical Quality Control) in our college subjects. There is mention of AOQL ( Average Outgoing Quality Limit). In simple words it means the % of acceptable limits of defective products going out in the market inspite of doing sample checks via different types of sampljng plans by the company. This figure cannot be zero. Now in this case any such AOQL product may have reached these customers. So if company had AOQL in practice, they could have replaced the product under warranty period. It is posdible that some of the products have technical problems and companies rectify the future ones. But for the bad lot it is their duty to provide good customer service where they severely failed. Here the egos got into picture and this legal mess started. Covid played an important part of injecting fear of infection creating disputes in number of visits by the technician.

True, such companies' top honchos sometimes involve their egos into customer disputes, which are inevitable, given the sheer spread and scope of their operations. If they had held it at arms length, and dealt with it in an even-tempered way, it would just have been business-as-usual. You win some, you lose some, you can't win them all -- That's how you have to look at all business disputes.

As per rule of the LAW you can file a case in consumer court & send the copy to the Official E mail id If you Are using Twitter or FB or LinkedIn Your Will face the Music Of the Land As the Site Are Seen by General Public & if you loose A Defamation case Against these MNC You will have to Sell Your CHADI to Repay the amount to these MNC So Better Write a Apology Letter & Wait for Consumer court Decesion

No matter what the consumer might have said or done. It is never advisable to drag a consumer to the court. I am reminded about a couple of quotes used in Service Excellence textbooks. “A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption in our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider in our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favor by serving him. He is doing us a favor by giving us an opportunity to do so.” - Mahatma Gandhi "Right or wrong, the customer is always right"- Marshall Field. These are the basic principles on which consumer loyalty is built on...
