Thank you for the help, i love it that someone actually speaks a step-by-step and no music instruction. Its the first time ever I have had a coffee machine and found the instructions that came with it very confusing so I came on youtube for help. Again many thanks.

@@dianequinn97388 No, strictly water, milk will probably clog up the mechanism… you can purchase milk/creamer pods if you require just milk

My wife bought Me 1 for My birthday we had to return it twice because they stopped during operation and then the lid was impossible to open so returned them ended up paying extra to upgrade to the bigger 1 seems a better machine so far!

Great video. Thanks I got mine just a few days ago and I only used 3 or 4 times now the pod lid got stuck and it won't open. Any idea how i can resolve this? Thanks in advance

Sometimes it does get stuck, just a gentle bit of force to open it. Once open, just make sure the pod tray is in place correctly. It should sit towards the back, you can remove it for cleaning too

If you want to just have a shot how does the machine know how much water to let thru. Is there a setting for different strength and water amounts?

It reads the info from the barcode on the capsules/coffee pods

They only do the measure in smaller coffee cup sizes, for a large mug I just put 2 of each in or it tastes too diluted

Have you had any issues with it making small drink. I had to use 2 sets of costs cappuccino pods to get just over half a mug

Yes unfortunately the measures are based on coffee cups than mugs. I have to use 2x Cadbury hot chocolate pods to fill a large mug

Towards the end of the cycle (you can normally tell as it starts to splutter a bit), press and hold the bottom and it will push more hot water through the coffee capsule. Just release a second or 2 before you need it to

Sorry, the machine is at a pre-set temperature. I guess I could advise to “warm” your cup or mug with hot water before hand?

What does the actual calc light mean?

It means there is a calcium build up inside and you need to use anti calc tablets to clean the system instead of just flushing water through. amzn.to/3m8Y7iw
