More on the line of due diligence lol why it's a machine like your car don't put oik the engine goes bang don't blame the car blame yourself for being stupid all machines need a deep clean I mean literally take it apart and clean it also the heating element gets crusted over with limescale aswel so the machine will be showing a red light to be descaled warning light if you don't your £100 machine becomes a useless junk hpw hard is it to clean your kettle I bet peaple are like why did my kettle blow up probably didn't clean the gunk from the heating Coil and it tired the element out the more crap there is the harder the machine will work to produce what you want from it

Omg, this video has saved me from flying into a rage because I couldn't get the spout to go back together 🤣. And then I couldn't figure out why the whole thing wouldn't click back into place until I saw your video and realised I was putting it on the wrong way round!! So thank you for this video! Plus I didn't even know that the spout came undone and when I unclicked it, 🤮. Lol!!!

Handy hint I've found that helps. ... use a used milk pod every so often to push hot pressured water through the nozzle to keep it clean

Hi, thanks for this info. My machine blocked up a few months ago and hasn’t worked properly since. I used the cleaning disc quite a few times, but it did not give me a proper flow. I will use your advice and try to improve matters.

The part at 1:10 where you pull apart the spout bit, I can never pull mine apart & never have done since getting it for Christmas last year, I have cleaned the machine many times & did descale it yesterday for the first time, how do you pull that bit apart? Do you squeeze & pull or what? As you made it look easy

It does click quite firmly into place so it needs a bit of effort. No squeezing I just pulled it apart. What may have happened it some dried coffee may have made it stick together more than normal. Maybe try leaving it in some warm water for 10 minutes to try and loosen a bit and then try again. Good luck.

Jaffabite ok I could try that but really the spout part is rather clean anyway as I clean it often, also the white part of the spout is open both ends if pulled apart, so as you look through it you can see the bottom of the black part that was dirty on yours, if you know what I’m trying to say

yes, great video on how to clean it, just what I wanted t know. Quick and simple love it, now a quick question for you. when I went to make a latte with a propper tall latte glass, I got no form and if overfilled the glass cup. Any ideas on why this happens, every time I make one, please help

Thanks alot for the great feedback. With ref to your question there are different sized latte glasses. I had made the same mistake too. I have put a link to the ones I bought off of Amazon which are bigger and don't overflow :)

Hi Jaffa, have you had any issues with the 'o' ring under the coffee piercing unit. Mine has perished, however the machine still works but I'd rather replace that o' ring. Just need to find somewhere to get one from now 🤔

No I haven't. I can only suggest contacting Bosch to see if they have a replacement, if not perhaps have a search around eBay?

The coffees aren't made as hot as what a traditional kettle would make it. I think this is by design as you aren't meant to make coffee with boiling water. You could try a different brand of pods, as that may make a difference.

Handy hint. Soak the small parts in hot water and vinegar then scrub with a toothbrush and use a straw cleaning brush you will be disgusted!

Orange light is on during processing drink but now cartridge won't unlock machine lights were on but will not open either by switching off at wall or switching on and pressing buttons to end operation if you understand my text

If it's the same machine I don't think ot has an actual lock and just relies on the user not opening it during the process. It may be that it has just become a bit stuck or maybe the parts didn't go back in the same way after cleaning them. As for the light staying on, I have a video about sorting out light problems.

Yeah it may be a bit tight because it's new. Providing it is the same model then enough force should pop it through. Equally if it is new then you could leave it for a while as it shouldn't be too dirty.

If you are meaning the parts when they are out of the machine then coffee residue may have stuck them together. Maybe try leaving it in warm soapy water for 10 mins and then try. If you mean that you can't remove the parts from the machine then providing its the same model then it should unclip/unclick with enough pressure.

I've only just seen your message. Did you manage to resolve it eventually? If not try washing the parts in warm/hot water first.
