When switched to turbo mode, the rotating brush in the suction head gets stuck or does not rotate during vacuuming on carpets and carpeted floors. The brush rotates at a low speed, it only gets stuck at a raised turbo level! All Unlimited series are like this, but this is not mentioned anywhere.

No, only Bosch DIY (Bosch green) batteries. Those are also used by companies in the *"Power for all alliance"* like Gardena etc. Pro core batteries are only for Bosch Professional (Bosch blue) (And also used by companies in the *"Ampshare alliance"* ). :)
