Is that input transition between DJ School and Popstar around 00:40 even possible? I haven't played the 3ds games, but in the DS game, that would be a "hold" input for DJ school, but theres no "flick" or "release" input before the monkey part.

As far as I know, it doesn't count unless you pressed the button in Fan Club to begin with, so the hold carrying over from DJ School would do nothing. Regardless, there's enough time in-between to let go of the button anyway.

I've put DJ School followed by Fan Club in a remix before and what happens is that if you release the button during the Fan Club portion, the animation of the player monkey lowering its arms plays and the perfect isn't ruined
