Is Deptford a mostly white demographic? I see like 95% white, rural looking folks. I see on the map that it’s not far from Philly. My daughter got stationed in southeastern NJ and the area is more diverse out that way. I shop at Christiana mall in DE because it’s closest to my home and it’s very diverse now. When I was a kid in the 80’s it was mainly white and white owned kiosks and stores. Now there’s a large vibrant Indian demographic in the area and Indian business ownership. I recently found out that south central NJ is full of very small old homes along the old Rt 40 path out to the seashore. It was strange. Totally unexpected and totally FLAT the whole way out there. No hills at all. It was bazaar.
