As a Spanish Guitarist, I recently switched to the L1 1S system. I can't say enough how amazing it is. When I programmed my channel for "Nylon string guitar with SM57 mic" on the T1, it instantly gave me the perfect sound for my instrument. The same applied to vocals and backing tracks. Last month I had a famous professional vocalist who is legally blind perform with me. Three times she stopped between songs and acknowledged how much she loved the sound coming from the L1. Since then, I have used it outdoors, in clubs, small facilities, and every time, the sound has proven itself. Goodbye, useless stage monitors and bulky PA! I'm stepping up the sound for my audiences.

I use the L1 M2 and Tonematch mixer, This system sounds better and clearer than my old rig which was a Dynacord powermate 600 and 2x EVS300's,don't forget what the L1 is, it's a small personal pa system, great for 2 musicians to share, but if you have a larger band buy one each, that's how the designers intended it to be used. I have gigged this system for 2 years and I always get a positive response from the audience on the sound. In my opinion,if used properly, you will love the results.

Ok, it's an awesome LIMITED product. You make the L1, Model II, Rev. 3 (get it? ...1,2,3) by diving it so you have have 5, 7 or even 9 channel sound WITHOUT buying 9 L1's then you have the ULTIMATE solution for just about 100% of the audio needs out there.

Is the Tone match Stereo? Cos' the L1 Model 2 speaker setup is Mono.. We own a single tower/base/sub setup and we currently use a separate audio mixer - not the Bose one. The output of the mixer is Stereo, obviously, yet there is only a single Mono Jack input on the speaker's base. Would the tone match give us a means by which to overcome this issue of stereo to mono mixing?

I will buy L1 compact in future for my band. 1 keyboard - 1 octopad - 1 male singer and 1 female singer total 4 people. This system good??

Very interesting. How about a five-year no frills warranty!

Sorry but I have to intervene. What is said in these 2 videos is theoretical and sometimes false. I bought this system and have been using it in a band for 2+ years. In practice, if you put the system behind you, you will get feedback and your singers' mikes are going to capture the sound from the system resulting in an overall bad sound. Also the T1 mixing unit is a joke with only 4 inputs and low quality effects. We had to change it because its screen went blank after a few months.

I love Bose products; and I'm gonna be honest I'm sure there's some problems with this product.

I really am not buying the no-feedback-line at all. As soon as you put a KSM-9 in front of a PA that bitch is going to explode. There's just no way you can have an open mic like that, just because the "soundwaves go out in a wide angle"... As soon as the microphone picks up the sound from the speaker, and sends it back, you are toast.

How do you use both? Can you connect them using a single tonematch?
