@@brwa5176 I’ve owned the Q C earbuds for the past 2 1/2 years but the batteries quit charging. I traded them in - through Bose and they gave me quite a deal on the Q C Ultra. I just received them last night and was anxious to see what they were like so I watched the movie “Behind Enemy Lines” with them in my ears. I promise - I’ll use them every time I watch a movie from now on. What a tremendous difference - the bass and all the intricate sounds in the background you normally never hear - are there. WoW !! I wasn’t all that impressed with the immersive sound. It was different but I am satisfied with just using the normal settings.. They truly are Quiet. I listen to a Scanner (fire dept.) and the radio is right beside me. I had to turn it all the way up just to hear the call that was being put out. They are definitely “Ultra Quiet)..

These are great,,,however I did have a problem with them being secure in the ear,,,,,all our ears are different I appreciate but what worked for me was using the L stability band on the R and the R on the L,,,more secure and anc was unaffected.

Your comments on battery charge time are not balanced. Almost all ANC earbuds have around six hours of battery life. Sony CLAIMS to have eight hours, but their batteries are questionable because there are reports that they wear out in a year or so. Also, I would like to verify that Sony's eight-hour battery life is true because Sony tends to overstate the battery life on its products. Not sure why you don't think these look good; just about everyone else thinks they are amazing. They just beat the living hell out of the Sony XM5 bug-ear look and Jabra's and Momentum's huge earbuds.

Windows only...Your need to use phone link unordered to be able to use earbuds with phone through pc and then select setting in pc go to sounds find where it gives you the individual outputs and set those default output and inputs to phone and earbuds

Earbuds are not made for phone calls. Go buy a headset strictly for talking. Like the stuff we use in trucking. Blue tiger is the brand you can answer calls and listen to music but it only has one ear cup.

I had lots of problems with the QC IIs but very stable so far with the Ultras. Got Sony XM5s at around the same time and returned the XM5s.

I tested these earbuds at my work and at the gym One thing I noticed at the gym I lost connection had to plug them back in into the case which was in my car to reconnect them kept doing it big downside two tested this at work The ANC is not as good as AirPods 2 pro and I can hear white noise another thing is it's a pain to cycle through all the ANC and transparency mode just to get back to normal mode not enough personal configuration

Love the sound but keep feeling like they're going to fall out of my ears, except when I use the skipping rope at the gym and they actually do fall out. Would not have bought if I could go back.

You could try swapping the L & R stability bands and see if that makes a difference. Otherwise get in touch with Bose and ask for the alternate tip size set. There are two extra sizes which are not in the box. Size 0 is XS & Size 4 is XL. You might want to try the XL.

You - Sir - Are alone in your thoughts. I bought the Bose QC and Bose QC Ultra as gifts for 2 people - Plus - I have owned the Bose QC and now own Bose QC Ultra. I also bought the Bose SL 111 Speaker in 2016. It is more than Phenomenal. The more I use it the better it sounds. The sound quality in this speaker is beyond belief and the battery lasts at least 10 to 12 hours. Bose is absolutely the BEST when it comes to Music..

On average, how many people have time to listen to music a full six hours. So six hours to me is more than enough. Plus, the case charging time is not to bad either.

Travellers on flights. An example is from my location to central USA is about 3 hours of flying however taking into account the cab ride to the airport, security and boarding, the flight, stop over in Chicago (usually for me) the connection flight, cab to the hotel would come out to almost 7 hours.
