He then explains why he disagreed with Tory's decision to take the case the trial, knowing there was a living witness who would confirm his guilt on the stand. Lastly, he predicts that Tory will serve 10-15 years behind bars if he's lucky.

I plead out on a similar situation. I felt like it was self defense and they wasn’t 100% confident in they case so they offered a decent deal so i took it. My kids depend on me heavily so I bit the bullet on some shyt that felt innocent on. My pride wanted to fight it but my mind told me it wasn’t worth it. I’m halfway done with probation and haven’t had one slip up. Gotta be smart out here. You never know how those 12 ppl will see it *edit* I had a paid attorney.
