Bosmic is just an ordinary man, what makes him feel that special? Politics of foul play is not new in Uganda. They promise you heaven and delivers nothing. On the day of accountability they will add up all the hotel bills plus other expenses and that will substitute what is given to Bosmic. Indeed they would have delivered their promises but in services rendered.
