Nice one man! Got one of these recently myself, works great with some dirt and synth sounds

I have Boss BF-3 and after listening to yours' and various other demos, I don't think it has the same tonal flexibility as your BF-2. However the BF-3 has dual bass/guitar inputs and stereo output which is a game-changer if you have dual amps (which I don't) to play stereo output. I'd like to do a head-to-head between the BF-3, BF-2, and BF-2B some day.

Interesting choice to use the Boss BF-2 Flanger with your bass. I use a 30 year old Boss BF-2B Bass Flanger occassionally which I guess is more suited to bass frequencies.

Do you find that there's any loss of low end with the BF-2 or does it stay pretty consistent?
@FBT2 жыл бұрын
I don't think there was much low end loss, but it's hard to tell from a video. From memory if there was any then it wasn't noticeable - I haven't tried the bass-specific flanger so I don't have anything to compare it to.

Did you run the pedal at 9v in this video?
@FBT3 жыл бұрын
Yes, as I thought that most people would be running it from a 9v supply rather than 12v
@adamnesbitt112 жыл бұрын
It runs at 9v either way, the 12v is changed to 9v internally
