This reminds me of what happened to my mum. Years ago, my mum had an office job. She found out she was pregnant (excepting me), my mum told one of her friends and this friend told the boss. My mum was fired for getting pregnant. My mum went to court to try to get her job back, but sadly she didn’t get her job back and the court gave her money. Ridiculous. Women shouldn’t get fired because their pregnant.

Great video! Thanks! However, I wonder: is an employment contract in the USA legal that contains a ban on pregnancy? In any case, in Germany, such clauses are considered immoral and are automatically ineffective. In addition, a pregnant woman with a permanent employment contract cannot be dismissed (or only with official approval, which is not easy to obtain). This applies from the beginning of pregnancy to 4 months after birth. If the person concerned takes parental leave, the ban on dismissal also applies during this period.

This man Howard is simply out of his mind. This is a wierd skit. In Singapore, there is a Non-Termination of a pregnant woman for 48 months. Maternity leave of 60 days must be granted. It is Government Law. It presides over company policy.

Honestly, I am 7 months pregnant and am watching these videos. At my workplace, I don’t get breaks nor am I getting a paid maternity leave. It’s all unpaid… Plus, it’s seems that if I ask for any sort of help, my boss threatens to cut my hours instead of letting another person help me around the store. But I’m noticing more and more that my boss seems to be trying to make me leave on my own. By handing me the harder parts of the jobs and making me work the busiest days of the week alone. Just causing me stress… And this is why I will not be returning to my workplace after I earn my savings to stay with a newborn baby and my bills

The ability or inability to be pregnant is decided by the God, not an evil boss. So If you're so rude to a pregnant girl your mom would be so sorry of giving you birth.
