Is it recommended to put farores wind anywhere? I keep failing and having to go through the entire temple Edit: It's been weeks and I still can't beat Bongo Bongo. Anytime i try to lock on to the targets or hands in this case, i end up locking onto the wrong thing. So then he grabs me and kills me. It's really pissing me off. There's also this thing where he puts his hands on either side of me and i just die immediately. Pls someone help before i give up on this game

Yes, place Farore’s Wind just before the boss door every time, just before you are about to fight him.

This is the same issue I had. So remember to activate your lens of truth cause otherwise you wont see the eye. Once you attack both hands with your arrows quickly lock in on the middle where his eye is while using the Lens Of Truth. It should take you 3 tries and after that you should beat him.

I notice you run away and swing your sword before turning back to face Bongo Bongo. Does that help?
