I have owned and gigged with GT 100, Boss ME 80, Boss ME 25, Zoom G1xn, some old Korg ME and a ton of standalone FX pedals from Boss, ElectroHarmonix, Digitech etc etc and I must say "out of the box" the ME 25 seems to have the fullest, warmest, punchiest sound - the ME 80 is slightly more analogue sounding than all of them, and if you tweak the GT100's preamps correctly, you can get almost any sound quality, plus it has send and return, but for the money, the ME-25 is king in my humble opinion. When I bought my Me25 a few years ago I noticed that the presets I was making sounded better than my Gt100 presets that I had been using for many years. So I started using Me25 as a reference for the new Gt100 presets. :)

Yes! Just copy the settings to your Me25 and save at the end. Observe how it is done. Do an analysis and after some time start your own presets. Let the ear be the most important organ in those moments.

Fica bom pra instrumentos de sopro. Vc pode usar o pitch shifter fazendo a dobra fixa na 5ª, 6ª ou 8ª mais grave ou mais aguda ou pode até mesmo usar o Harmonizer fazendo 3ªs no tom da música e ainda pode inserir o delay mais reverb. Eu toque com um trombonista que usava um Boss PS6 ao vivo, era muito bom.

Irmão, vale a pena manter a boss me 25 como modulações, volume e wah? To pra montar um setzinho, ta pra chegar um pedal de preamp e uns drives, já tenho um dd 20 e um rv 5

Pô... aí vale sim cara! A Me25 é ótima, além de todos os ótimos efeitos que ela tem, vc poderá usar o pedal de expressão para volume e outros efeitos como o Freeze por exemplo, poderá usar o Tuner da pedaleira. Como os drives ficarão antes da Me25 talvez vc precise de Wah também posicionado antes dos drives se for um efeito que você use com frequência. O DD20 tem dois inputs então você pode mandar as saídas L e R da ME25 para as duas entradas do DD20 e mandar as duas saídas do DD20 para as duas entradas do RV5 se você tiver a intensão de usar seu equipamento em estéreo ao vivo e em gravações. Três únicos pontos negativos, mas nem tanto, na ME-25: só duas opções de reverb, não ter um knob de volume geral (e talvez um quarto foot, mas isso contrariaria a proposta dela) e um send/return. Porque tem muita opção e versatilidade

Para mi que no tenga volumen general es una virtud más que un defecto, así se configura como si fueran pedales sueltos, cada uno su volumen como es en las pedales analógicas, para mi en su simpleza está su virtud, y es que conectada a un combo suena muy natural, yo no la cambio por nada, he tenido otras más caras y está suena más real. Si quiero subir un parche subo el od o distorsión que tenga puesto y ya está, es la forma más natural de subir algo.
