All the fish in my store is filleted. Once you remove the bone, the flavor is gone. The middle of The USA - The Midwest is not near any ocean, so no fresh fish. Goat, chicken parts like feet, back and neck are hard to come by…Wake up and smell the coffee

So I went there yesterday after watching your video the same night. And let me tell you ALL the food was GOOD!!!! I drove from papine to this cook shop and I was not disappointed! I bought curry goat and fried chicken. Best goat and the rice was savory with the Smokey (fireside) taste + aroma❤
