My life vest suddenly deflated and my mind went out of control. My husband had me hold on to him to go back to the ship. I haven't snorkeled since. You're my hero!!

I am going to do this excursion this summer and whoooooo this video is relieving my stress. Because I wear glasses, I was worried. I also don't swim that well. My son is doing it with me and this is definitely going to be great for our vacation. My family is from ST. Thomas and I haven't been since 1990. This is going to be so amazing. Amy: You did great, I know you have to be pleased that you accomplished it! Panic attacks are a bear, I suffer from them and have anxiety, also suffer from chronic illnesses, which has made them worse. I used to just remove myself from the situation or stay busy at other things, cleaning, ect..which helped some with the anxiety-no longer able to do that, though. You did awesome, and will know what to expect the next time, I do hope you get to do this again. Bless you, Amy. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SHARING. When you open up with us about your fears: weight, water, what have you, it really helps us relate. I am overweight and get lots of panic attacks. But, because i saw you do this from impulse to over thinking to another impulse of just doing it to enjoyment to slight panic to no regrets. It makes me want to try things like this. I usually don't take risks due to panic and weight. But seriously, when you are honest and show us going through these experiences, it really does help!

I just did this on Friday in the Bahamas.. The way you guys got into your scooters was less stressful then the way we got into ours. I wish ours was like this. I had a mini panic attack. But after all that stress, this excursion is so awesome!

I was on that boat! 2010 honeymoon cruise only it was Capt. Tater at the helm. Fun excursion! There was a Barracuda that used to hang out under the boat while it was there.
