The knock back ability makes it so fucking infuriating. I would say the card would be balanced if it didn’t have that attribute as it allows it to survive way too many things by sheer bullshit. The amount of times I’ve seen a firecracker juke a log or a void due to the knock back is insane.

While i think cannoneer was a little powerful on release, it still took very specifically made decks. The nerf on damage that got rid of like half its unique interactions destroyed it, and now it's mostly okay just because no one expects it.

In my opinion, canonner is what i would call a 99% balanced tower troop. It is niche, but still viable in a few decks. It still lets the princess tower be the main one, while being stronger in one aspect (dps) and one weaker area (swarm). I use mortar, so i use him more

It's blatantly broken because it doesn't die to log. Literally every other card like Dart Goblin and Princess die to log when firecracker doesn't so it's just blatantly stronger. When you pair it with MK or Pekka or Hog you instantly win any interaction and makes the meta extremely toxic. The worst meta is when things like firecracker or miner are too strong

I was trying to push to 9k for about a month but the meta is super cancer with everyone having firecracker mega knight and then possibly hog AND pekka… they nerfed the shit out of my deck I maxed to lvl 15 so I’m under leveled all the time and there’s too much lumber loon for me to be able to play my deck anyway…. MK and FC definitely need a nerf, it’s blatantly obvious they’re broken

idk if your in mid ladder or not but Hog Rider is easily counterable by a building or any swarm with ice spirit or electro spirit. Fisherman and tornado also beautifully counter hog rider whilst getting a king activation

Evo knight is super versatile and can be used in most decks, so if you want to run multiple decks get evo knight. If you're sticking to 1 deck then I suggest evo wizard, with pekka it's pretty unstoppable!
