You can quick kill this boss by jumping on her head when she is neutral to you and then immediately performing a backstab deathblow to only make this a one phase fight.

It has been patched. Besides... It's an easy fight. Just deflect and jump on her head when she is about to give a death blow. Her posture meter will fill up in 10 secs if you can perfectly deflect everything and give the jump.

Just beat her after a few tries. I’ve noticed what Sekiro does exceptionally well is it really allows you to practice and become more adequate with parrying and using your tools. I like this because it not only shows growth in your character, but also in you as the player, as you start off as this incompetent Shinobi but as you acquaint yourself with the mechanics, you really start to grow as a expert swordsman. Reminds me of Furi, which was also a great game that focused solely on progression in the games mechanics

Heres the biggest tip on how to kill her. you wait for her to do a specific move, which is when she stands still for a couple seconds and charges up and then spins attack you. if you deflect every attack in the following series, it does MASSIVE posture damage.

You can honestly beat her almost without landing a single hit if your deflections are good. All her attacks are a flurry of combos so deflecting each one deals enough posture damage after a while to beat her. She's relentless so she won't recover her posture unless you die. Just have to make sure your jump counters and mushiri counters are ready too.

No need to use confetti here, you can attack her just like any other normal mob.

only way to up your health and damage is by killing bosses. If you havent killed earlier minibosses its a good idea to backtrack and kill those first.

Fun fact: if you actually jump on o'rin head behind her back after that she will draw her sword but put it back in her pocket or whatever you wanna call it anyway just go behind her after jumping on her head and you can deathblow her once

But you also do not actually need to use confetti to fight her, which is why I’m interested to find out how much attack power he has to see where I’d need to be to be able to do that much damage with assistance from confetti. I’m just under levelled atm so I’ll be coming back later.
