Bossk is a great looking fig with terrible articulation. Fortunately it’s easy to recreate his ESB appearance. Matt, Great review as usual, I have both the blue box and first archive and didn’t really notice anything outstandingly different with this release.

He was my next figure I was gonna review as well! Great minds think alike! Awesome run through of the figure as always man. Really sweet sculpt but as you’ve shown and is well known amongst the community the articulation is crap. I seen your review pop up and had to check it out. Iv had mine for months and just did a review for hera. I’m so glad they’re finally doing some of these older highly desirable characters/figures.

I hadn't realised the articulation was so bad. I don't have him, but if I do get him at areasonable price, I may try cutting away some plastic on the upper arm to get a better elbow bend. Thanks for the review Matt.👍

Sounds like we got in the collecting of the same time‐ish. Like you said he looks great on the shelf. But he's never a figure that I will take out on the town for pictures. Possibly one of the worst set of elbows i've ever seen. I had a better range of motion when I broke my arm and it was in a cast. You sir, keep up the great videos.. thanks.

Yeah, mid 2020 I jumped in. These elbows are pretty horrible. But, as long as it looks great on display, I fine with it. Especially in this case. Hope we get an updated version some day. Thanks so much for watching, my friend!

I been wanting to get a Bossk figure but have no idea which one to get. Is there a difference between the Blue line one and this one? (Also this makes me wish we could get a Grig figure from The Last Starfighter, imagine that )

The 2015, 2019, and the 2024 re-issue are all the same. The current release is still at retail. The blue line and 2019 archive releases are still above retail from what I've seen. But again, they're all the same. Thanks for checking out the video!

My brother got it on a gamestop for discount, so nobody wanting it and then skyrocketing on price, just makes it overrated imo, looks cool and I remember having some fun with it and hit some good poses

I've got the original Arr-chive release and it looks basically identical. Your eyes may be a slight bit better though and the white may be a little more prizz-teen?

Ha! I wouldn't doubt it in regards to the jaw. There's not a whole lot holding it on. I figured there wouldn't be a huge difference in paint. I'm just happy to finally have this big Trandoshan bastard. Thanks for watching as always, David!

Articulation isn’t good but the sculpt more than makes up more it, so I really no huge complaints.

Honestly my only complaint is the weird looking jaw hinge. Other than that, Bossk could definitely use a paint wash like you said but the sculpt has aged well

Yeah, I have IG-11 - so I know it's not a good figure at all. Grossly undersized, hard to stand, hard to pose... Now that Hasbro has released the IG-12/Grogu set, here's hoping!
