I've been a seller for almost a year now, never even knew about this app, will deffs check it out though. Btw I've been struggling to communicate with the compliance team lately, do you have any contacts that you usually go to with issues?

Tried everything including pigeon mail. Unfortunately they aren't known for replying fast. Though a call usually is best. But prepare all the facts before hand and have them ready to provide with screen shots as clear and concise. When they are picking queries to resolve they will pick easier ones first.

Shop deploy is likely using the fees calculator excel sheet to determine fees

My question how safe our data is with Shopdeploy ... If they have created this software must have seller data too which product is unique without competition selling with high profit etc .. I'd love to try shopdeploy because it does the job easier as everything gets automated.. But main concern is data being monitored by this software developer team..

They do have to sign an agreement with Takealot about how they handle the client data. I have been using them for 2 years and still have most of my buy boxes. I'm not worried.
