I'm a working mom of two who lives in Cleveland, Ohio, and like most women, trying to have it all. I'm a mama 24/7, work a full-time job Monday-Friday, and a KZbinr on the weekends and evenings after the kiddos go to sleep. I make content to empower others, share fun information, and unleash some of my creativity. A BIT ABOUT ME:
I was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. I attended Ohio University, where I acquired a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism, and a master's degree in communication. From there, I joined Teach For America and taught 7th grade English in Baltimore, MD. I moved home to Cleveland to marry my husband, and have worked in a variety of roles in recruitment and HR. I currently manage a recruitment team, where I work from home when I'm not traveling for my job. I have two babies- my son Landon is two years old, and my daughter Presley is three months old. I love being a mommy, decorating our home, planning parties, shopping, working out, cooking, cleaning, and meeting new people. I'm a bit obsessed with leopard print, wine, coffee, and reality TV shows. I am very passionate about helping others, and ensuring the world is a better place, especially when it comes to our children.

Great video!! Thank you for all of your inspiration and motivation. Heading back to work after maternity leave on Tuesday 😬, so my goals are 1. Continue pumping enough for my little one for at least 3 more months, 2. Make more scheduled meal plans for the week so we eat healthier and don't spend too much money on takeout and 3. Have a weekly cleaning schedule so the house doesn't get too messy (ambitious, I know 😉). Happy new year!!

Paying off all our debt, going back to school this May, organizing my house better, getting healthy- working out 3-5 times a week, healthier eating, and hopefully losing 40lbs (maybe not all in one year). 2018- I’m coming for ya!

Love all of these! I’m a mommy to a 2 year old boy. I committed to getting back into a workout routine in October. I signed up to do the beach body on demand workouts! 21 Day Fix is a great starting point. It’s been amazing! I have to do it first thing in the morning before work otherwise I’ll make excuses not to do it after work after my son goes to bed.

Your goals are super close to mine for 2018 - love it! For future videos, I'd love to see more home/kid organization videos, learning activities to do with toddlers (I have a 2 year old boy), and Winter home decor ideas (I totally struggle with what to do post-Christmas/pre-Spring). P.S. I love your channel and often times find myself going back to your videos to reference later! Thanks for all of the hard work you put into your channel to inspire others! You rock!

Love this! I have used a lot of your organization tips in my home. Be sure to save for your retirement while you’re saving for the kid’s college. A lot of people prioritize college, but retirement is nearly inevitable. It should be a top priority!

Great resolutions! I have a lot of the same ones...eat healthy, excercise, save money for future purchases, love those around me more. I lost my Dad right before Christmas and it has really made me take a fresh look at my relationships with family and friends. My number one commitment for 2018 is to finish all of the projects I have going on around the house before I start any more. Also to keep an eye on my eating habits, I can go a day without eating and I know that isn't at all healthy. Also, I love that shirt, where did you get it?

I love goalsetting!! This year, I'm trying to make my goals a little more specific. I find that if I'm too broad, it'll never happen. - Get the job I interviewed for and not be afraid to ask for a little bit more if/when I get an offer. - Pay down my credit card balances with every paycheck. - Eventually, refinance on those credit cards to get a lower APR. (Haha they are totally screwing me right now!) - Read 30 books by this time next year. - Travel at least twice out-of-state. - Lose 30 pounds before my sister's wedding - then maintain! Haha I'm feeling ambitious this year!!

@bitsofbri Had to come back here and check my list. I got the job and I've read 3 books already! I also decided last minute to take one class at a time to get the degree I never finished. (AND I HAVE AN A AND I'M A MONTH AHEAD IN MY SCHOOL WORK. It's a miracle, really, with everything that's been going on in my life and having crippling ADD.) I'm determined to make this year my year!! We love saving for our kids college with 529 plan that automatically adds money every two weeks. We live in IL but invested in the Nebraska plan because we love the flexibility and performance it has. I would encourage people to check out 529 plans and know you can choose one other than the State you reside and they have options on what schools they can be used for and they also help with other college expenses like books, etc. daycare is expensive for our kids so as they grow older we plan to shift more money to their 529s when the daycare expense isn’t needed since we are used to budgeting for that now. An insurance agent or financial advisor can help with selecting the right plan that considers the plans available and the years left for saving as there are different investment strategies depending on those factors. A company ultimately provides the appropriate investment account. Savingforcollege.com has some good links and calculators as a starting point.

Aldi has a ton of great organic options! If you have one close, check it out! My husband was vegan for years, and I was able to get a lot of good stuff for him there!

I would love for all your viewers to make a goal to switch to cosmetics and cleaning products that are not tested on animals. Cruelty free products are so mainstream now and you can buy them at most grocery and department stores!

Damn it. I usually don't mind sponsored videos. Esprcially w smaller channels. But I clicked on this thinking, "omg what a good video idea!" And then came the sponsor speech which, to me made the video feel forced :( :( hate when that happens makes me lose interest in the rest of it. :/ love your channel though, just honest opinion.
