Bro, it's even been documented, Nips people have even said that when he was deep in the streets they called him "Thundkat", not Nipsey. Nip himself said he changed his name to Nipsey Hussle when he got for real about his music and his career & chose to leave the streets behind. CW even said in this interview he had never heard of Nip before he died. That means, he never listened to his music, saw his interviews or ever even knew what dude was about, but that "character" shyt seemed like a good lane to make low intelligence people listen to you & back you. Dude just should have done his homework first, before trying to get a rise out of everyone by disrespecting a man who is no longer here is all I'm saying.

@@therealmrniger Tl;dr version: We're both right. Its actually both due to tone and context. As a stand alone statement its definitely a common principle that many people (including myself) stand on when it comes to beliefs in principles. With the context of (and history related to) this conversation, and the tone in which he said it, I took it as a veiled threat. What he said without saying it directly is "Whatever yall on, I'm on so what's up?" No problem with that by itself and I respect that energy. Thing is, up to that point and imo, they hadnt said anything that invited that energy. I think it just carried over from all the shit leading up to this conversation. CW has been going back and forth with other people where that was the energy so he brought it into this space and he got met with the same.

When I got involved with street life I did it because at that time there seemed to be no other way to have something...I was 15 when I went outside and sold drugs, stole, first touched a gun and robbed...I discovered I was good at it and began to have pride in it...learned the rules and lived by them. Put my life on the line and served double digit time for the life...once a young mind experience all of that in order to be able to function in society men like this need deprogramming, psychological counseling...its just like being in the military and being in battle as many times as you have had violent interactions...THAT is why dudes still think and live what they have experienced at a young age...some don't want to change...but I did...all I ever wanted was to be successful...discovered there are OTHER ways...and this process has to happen with all street dudes...all of that shit is result of dysfunction...I STILL KNOW HOW TO RIDE MY BIKE but I am a S. E. D.C. Ex Street dude...and thru my search I have found a path that I share with other MEN for us ALL to raise up out that shit that we were PLACED in! I pray for ALL VICTORY FOR ALL OF MY PEOPLE and that we solve every problem and stand like Kings!

A gangsters mentality is a mental disorder. Period. It represents Co Dependency, abnormal behavior and ultimately homicidal/suicidal tendencies. It is a disease centered in the mind. It tells you how to dress walk talk and perform everyday tasks. It's hypnotic in its approach and leads to ultimate failure for.most who catch the vapor. There is one way out of this illness. The Fellowship of G.A. Work the 12 Steps and we guarantee you will avoid all pitfalls from the mental virus. One way to notice if a man or woman is still suffering from Codependency is he guards a ritual based on evil. That Ole saying If you lie you will steal if you steal you will kill. Same here. If you guard that evil you will steal for that evil you will ultimately kill or be killed for that evil. Find God or a Higher Power by working the Steps and live by the Traditions of millions who have found a new way of living Honest Open-minded and Willing to do the right thing One Day At A Time.

So to their is always a perception that if u dress a certain way or even if wear ur hat a certain way tho that may just be how u like to style it, the idea comes to mind that he’s a thug or he’s not up to any good. even when u have no ties to criminal life that narrative is still in the mind of others about the vast majority of our people. Conversation is an Art. It takes a certain level of maturity as a man to converse with another and disagree but still show the respect of not interrupting and allowing each other to speak. CW has soo much wisdom and knowledge, me being 24, I’ve learned a lot from him but he’s goes about conversation the wrong way. He ends up alienating people in the end. I get what the character he speaks about was for but now that he has the platform, let the character go and get the true message out to the people without the foolery.

@@djgarrett1625 I’m willing to bet that you have not a clue about Nipsey! That character analogy was bullshit cuz Nip is Nip whether or not in street name or real name he had good intentions for the hood and youth. Gangsta rap is his genre so what do you expect his music to sound like? If you really knew Nip tho you would know he was definitely not glorifying gang banging. Gangs are made in America, go back and see what America was like living as an African American in those times in those areas there’s plenty of documentaries on it. He did a lot of things as far as giving back to the community and was doing as Nipsey Hussle so again that analogy about characters was irrelevant. Gang ties and promoting violence, guns, and drugs with their music… It’s easy to have good intentions when you’re filthy rich… But what are your intentions when you’re broke? I am from Washington DC, and we have experienced a lot of killings and violence in our city. I recently just came upon Mr. Charleston White, and I have tuned in as many others just to see his point of views about many topics, So far I have bought into a lot of his explanations. You don't have to be school educated to comprehend most of his expressions. We have witnessed most of what he is saying in our own neighborhoods and communities. One point that he makes is that many of the Southern Blacks, have a different mindset concerning other blacks in their communities. What I have observed from most of the debates and conversations is that OG's dont want to give up their images and reputations especially when confronted face to face about the violence they have caused. See its totally different when you are a gang that is protecting the community, the elderly, mothers, children, sons and daughters. But, it all a different animal when you are injecting fear and control over people who are suffering because of their plight and circumstances. Its a different kind of animal that decides to kill off their future seeds because of greed, reputation, and respect. Another point I have witnessed and observed is old habits die hard, nothing new or informative is able to penetrate this kind of stubbornness. My philosophy is "If you know better you will do better". Keep doing what you are doing Mr. White, because no man or woman can kill a spirit ordained and sent by God.

They tried to check him, and he wasn’t for it. This wasn’t that hard to see. But at the same time CW has brought about a lot of heat on himself that even when he within his rights he has a higher level of “act right” placed on him. Sorry folk but the gift of gangs have produced harms that are irreversible and irreconcilable and that type of fallout needs to be handled...and not lightly either. Even in their vet years they still play off the “fear” aspect and we still get it twisted as “due respect.” They are forever indebted to the people NOT the other way around. You gotta be in your feelings based upon the loved ones we know who stuck in these images to not see what CW was talking bout here and he is not always on point but he was here. Mr. Farmer’s first rebuttal was mad emotional b/c he still stuck. And he tried to talk indirectly about what CW just said and CW caught it and ended it. Folks gotta feel how they feel but they tried to punk him off the jump.

And when a Bully sees who not scared they get upset and that’s exactly what happened here. Now if folks really feel as if CW should or will get touched off this clip or really any others for real you gotta pray for the man foolish enough to ruin their own life in that fashion, and then sit back and realize that alone would prove just about everything CW has said right. He literally plays off folks emotions with facts, truths, and rebuttals based off their own exposed weakness. Not his problem. One cat made 2 OGs in their 60s/70s get rattled a bit...come on.

i got chills on both of their depictions of our world in the streets... like legit goosebumps. its pain in these eyes speaking and its what drives their reasoning, beliefs, and justification in living. If you cant respect that on both halves as a man in this world we in idk what to say. I fully understand why CW walked out because he saw someone who has so much weight to his name with the respect he holds in his community....with the snap of a finger could easily in good faith relay what CW explained to these kids so they can understand that man aint no damn opp, enemy, or target. He is absolutely right even im guilty growing up worshipping these characters as idols because they showed me my life and struggles. As boys and men we ultimately want respect of peers upon work we display. All CW said was change the characters because you already demand the respect in your current position. It isnt nothing no youngin can say to that OG if he spoke. He has put in that literal level of work to command none negotiable acknowledgement vs these new faces like CW attempting .... CW walked out because he knew at this point the OG is fund of his position and lost in character. You play a role long enough for literal survival you forget the real you.... Nip had a whole family so he had a cloud 9 to make sure he remained planted from being lost in his survival character mode. That same character caused countless deaths to our community on opposing ends with people who have the identical pain and struggles as we did. But they move this way becuase once again its all they know. when you arent quisical you will forever continue the cycle simple. The OG is not a man who feels he needs to question anything of his culture and thats when you walk away because he despite the character flaws is a man of honor fully willingly to die for it too. With more than enough kids who will volunteer for it if they get into a genuine position of argument with words flying could mean CW family in a whole could be in fire. He did right to walk away it wasnt worth the convo . he said "he himself as in alone would die behind what he believes " not his loved ones. He been around that OG enough to know okay i wont do well to verbally cross or disrespect him so i will bow out. simple as that..

@@halftimetelevision901 I'm not missing any point. I was involved in that life style for over twenty years. I've seen plenty of people die. I grew up in Chicago ( Englewood). And before you make any assumptions, I was literally forced into it. Anyhow, my life has completely turned around. The guys who I used to run with are either dead or in prison. All of those years were a complete waste of my life and time. Do I hate the notion of gang banging? Of course!! But I've been in it and I understand it. And I'll go a step further. Although there were guys who I used to have a deep hatred for, because they're dead, I would NEVER speak ill of them. There's a solution to the madness and it doesn't come from disrespect.

Not sure what that has to do with fake ass southern crips trying to bang from reading a book. If cw is doing one thing right it's telling down south people to stop being stupid and copying L.A. because it's lame especially when it's more opportunities in places like TX like CW said.

@@thekingsson1757 I hear everything that Charleston says. I agree with most of it. The thing is that he can't be saying eff this and eff that to people who lost loved ones to it. Even if he feels bad about some of the things he had to do while in service, you can't tell a retired Navy Seal eff the Navy Seals. He'll beat the dog shit out of you or kill you. Because he was apart of a fraternity. A brotherhood where people lost lives regardless of the circumstances. Charleston has a lot of common sense and can be more persuasive if he doesn't get disrespectful. Gangbangin is LA culture. You can't come from the outside and preach if you haven't lived it.
