Plus the fact that some people are highly manipulative and have extremely gruff and bullish attitudes. Narcissistic tendencies and know how to lorde coercive control over people. No matter how strong minded they may be. So yeah, I agree with you. No one knows til they deal with that type of relationship. How hard they are to deal with and leave.

I told a guy no I couldn't help him once and he literally tried to kill me. Then after EMS got me to the emergency room and I was explaining what happened he showed up and kept trying to get to me to finish what he'd started. They had to call the police to have him removed and arrested and I spent 3 days and night's in the hospital under observation to make sure I didn't get even worse! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Experiences like that irrevocably change people... Definitely say no to people but make sure you note their reaction and call to make a police report if you think you are in danger or they're acting menacing! Never doubt your intuition!!!
