Sorry just watched some more, How will putting minority police officers in minority areas work? It'll only make areas where each colour which ever colour it is will be made to stay like with the gangs today, each block belongs to a certain gang which others won't go, so you victimize everyone in that area, then after some time goes by and if one area isn't as well off as the next then they claim they are being left behind when others are keeping there area's in better condition, and if one area is white and another coloured then its the racism card, so putting the colour officers in the same coloured areas won't work and why should it ? If a gang is white do people really believe they don't get stopped just the same, if you think they don't then your the one putting your head in the sand with colour on your mind which is why you'll never get anywhere in life it'll just hold you back, Just heard the man say he thinks black officers should only arrest black people,? Stop committing crime and they'll stop harassing you if not then you have an argument to put to court. That teacher who said there needs to be more jobs, yes only in certain areas, but most of American as you all go on about, the greatest country in the world, so you should be able to find a job If you really want one, but because going to school was seen as a white thing to do, and selling drugs can make you more money and quicker than a 9 to 5 job,so the solution is to give someone straight off the streets a high paying job even if they can't do the job, then that's another problem solved I can carry on with many other ideas on how to fix these problems Just heard the one ex gang member talk about the roll model that helped him see the light, that's a big part of why young people skip school because there isn't a man of the house laying down the law, but as i say this I'm only gonna get people saying thats sexist and women today don't need a man around the house, but history has shown that it is a massive problem and we have seen what it can do to a single family, but it's not just me telling it like it is, the young man who said it here is someone who knows what a difference one can be on a young man.

Capitalism and fascism go hand in hand!! This is a system that will make people do horrific thing's!! The fact that it is universally accepted in this country & large parts of the world leads me believe the worst is yet come. We’re moving towards a minority based gang ridden Marxist… hell hole of a crime ridden Communist dumpster fire because of weak ass people like you Stop and frisk gang unit policing put these violent gang members in check. Blatt people will only continue to become more violent if you do not arrest and get off the street. I’m sorry bro but your way of getting things done with social workers and pussy footing around these minority gangs in order to cater to their oppression will truthfully make it worse for them in the long run. Their is a DNA issue at hand here that needs to be discussed. It doesn’t sound nice and you may not like what I’m about to here but it’s gotta be heard. If us as a society do not let Policing go back to the days of NYP and BPD gang unit jump out crews… lining up blatts on the wall and frisking for guns while questioning and searching for possible motives or signs of brazen criminality… Citizens with get car jacked more often. Blatt on Blatt shootings will skyrocket and things will get worse. You need to meet physicality with physicality when dealing with Blatt criminals. It’s just how you have to deal with them or it grows like cancer. The stop and frisk policing of this video is not why Boston was so much more violent at this point in time. It’s more so the fact they had to be like this to counter the war on drugs gang ridden street wars that were happening. If this type of policing could come back now? We might be able to get New York back in check like it once was. You probably like how NY is though…filled with minority gangs and illegal migrants beating up cops to counter their capitalist wacist and fascist hierarchies! We’re moving towards an illegal Marxist based communist shithole of rampant violence in NY as we fucking speak. It’s funny because you’ve got it so ass backwards it’s kinda funny considering… We’ve swung so far in your direction as a society… that fascist movements with politics…policing…and the national guard… actually being able to put some fuckin hands on all of these illegal Venezuelans and project based 16 year old Blatt gun Tottin gang members May actually give us normal folk a chance to go to work and not get killed for my Sony headphones. TLDR? Dude above me is fully retarded and needs to open up his fuckin eyes.

As soon as I finish writing a comment I hear more from the coloured top copper and the more I hear the more I like, and I don't like the police, well I don't hate all of them but the ones I've had to deal with say 9 our of 10 have been out of order, I,ve met 2 at one time who showed me not all of them are tw%ts, they helped me when they could have been like the rest and try to charge me for every little thing they could try and put on me, they didn't and dropped me back off to my car that had been left on a car park after other coppers had stripped looking for I don't know what, but they had a good go,

Every single aspect of the modern day human. Has been commodified, so yes there's people that live in neighborhoods who have killed each other over money / territory. That would definitely get along & play basketball etc of course. But that's ignoring the greater issue. They're all fighting over the same dollar/respect..... & the police are trying to keep themselves employed by using this violence & desperation to their benefit. Conditions haven't changed from the 1980s 1970s & not now. It's just different beef's etc as to why people do what they do. It's important to note that respect is important in low income communities. & respect has become a commodity as well, but you still need to feed yourself/ survive. When you have thousands of people within a small area that are all desperate & struggling to make money. What do you think is going to happen? It has nothing to do with them being a minority. It has everything to do with them struggling and living under this constant stress. They see it in their parents they see it in their friends and their friends families. The fact that you can throw people together to play basketball games & think it's going to solve the problem.... that all it is is just different groups fighting each other because they're from different areas. (capitalism divides & conquers, capitalism doesn't like the idea of unionizing/ coming together....as a whole, it is far more lucrative to separate different factions groups etc) It wouldn't have gotten to this level without the devastating socioeconomic impact/ byproduct of capitalism. We shouldn't have people struggling to survive in this country or on this planet... it's insane in my opinion. Watching these people say the same shit they're saying almost 30 years later, doesn't give me any hope that we're going to figure it out. Or actually acknowledge our real problem & what created these shortcomings! Until we do, people are going to suffer & progress is going to remain stifled
