As a basketball fan you just gotta love this Boston squad. They play hard and do not quit. Brad Stevens is a once in a generation type kind of coach. Superb basketball IQ. Perhaps his biggest asset is his ability put players in situations that they will thrive the most. He was born to coach basketball and has a knack for player development just like the great Greg Popovich. Beyond the lottery picks and the key acquisition of Kyrie Irving that Danny Ainge has scored for the past few seasons, perhaps Brad Stevens was the greatest thing that happened to the Boston organization.
@FURBjr6 жыл бұрын
Um, the greatest thing that happened to the Boston organization? How about Red M.F. Auerbach? You realize that the celtics are one of the most storied franchises in the history of the sport, right? Brad Stevens is pretty good, mind you, but let's revisit this when he's got a championship. Ainge is getting there, but still not even close to Red.

Agi Anggadarma Boom! You got the nail tight on the fuckin head. I remember before the start of the season ESPN projected Boston to be a mid to high 40+ win team with Hayward and Kyrie still healthy. Hayward has been out all season, Kyrie been out 4/5th of the team yet we're currently at 52 wins. I guess ESPN didn't take into account the fact that Stevens is a b-ball wizard.

god that last play was so perfectly crafted. Put it on slowest speed at 9:03 - Taytum and Rozier in the corners leaving a 3 on 3. Ojulaye brings Gobert towards the driving Larkin, obv the shot blocker gets attracted to that. With the kickout as he flairs, Mitchell has to help from the weakside, leaving Gobert stuck to decide between two wide open shooters, Brown and Rozier. That is Sacred Hoops!
