It would be a huge mistake if FSU got this guy out of the portal. We would be better off with Luke or Brock. Personally I like Luke better and that's who I think we should start anyways but that's just me. We have had enough quitters on this team. We don't need another one

What frustrates me the most about these takes is that when FSU was most successful under Mike it was when we had a QB that had been in Mike’s system for multiple years. MULTI YEAR STARTER IN YOUR SYSTEM is when you saw the most success. So let’s quit trying to find these quick fixes at QB in the portal and develop the talented QBs that you currently have.

Mike Norvell had a shot at Castellanos when he came out of Ware Co Ga High School but Norvell didn't want him to play quarterback. Norvell recruited the guy as a cornerback. Castellanos rejected FSU and went to UCF. He stayed a year with Gus Malzohn and transferred to Boston College prior to the Bill O'Brien regime's arrival. He doesn't agree with O'Brien's offensive philosophy or get along with O'Brien, so he's going to hit the portal. Look for Castellanos to bypass FSU again and land in Miami next season to replace Cam Ward. Castellanos did not quit, but he was benched and disagreed with being benched. He was given time to be away from the team he decided he wanted to leave BC immediately. But after all the scapegoating hostility vented by FSU fans toward DJU and virtually no noise directed toward terrible error prone Brock Glenn and mediocre Luke K., There's no way Castellanos would ever come to Tallahassee no matter what kind of bag Norvell comes up with. There's an extreme negative toxicity all over the entire FSU football program which is being led by an unwanted lame duck coach, who only is only on the job because FSU doesn't have the money to get rid of him. TC will avoid Tallahassee on the way to Cristobal and Miami.

Castellanos is from down here in the swamp. He doesn’t like to take responsibility and has always thought he was better than he is. Could’ve had a chance at a professional career if he’d switch positions but thinks he’ll be the first 5’8” NFL QB.
