Boston especially Norfolk Street left flooded by the largest storm surge in 60 years

Norfolk Street? seriously? why didn't BBC come to red lion street, irby steet or pulvertoft lane which were the three most affected streets in Boston. it was much worse than shown on the video. no help from any authorities what so ever !!! Should be ashamed !!!
