Insane how much work Hayden Wilde did on the front of the bike

@supertri how about giving a tri (😜) to a bike leg finish? I love the fresh air and entertainment you injected into the sport. That's the next step.

Yee is just sparing some energy by staying at the back of the bike peleton. Smart but little unfair vs Wilde that is always at the front

What do you mean unfair? Everyone behind him is not just Yee. That is the strategy from all the athletes to save energy push at the end if you still have juice?

This isn't a group ride where everyone takes turns, it's racing and tactics. Yee knows he has the best run so why would he do any work when he is in the front group. Wilde made the wrong tactical decision to go at the front, and it cost him, simple as. This is not Yee's fault, its Wilde's.

Definitely surprised of Yee’s attitude at the end there… super nice guy that I’m typically happy for but I immediately got fired up for him to lose every race going forward.

Celebration had nothing to do with Wilde. Doing a trendy celly in Supertri (a format that is all about the show) doesn’t change Yee’s character and wish to get more people excited about the sport he loves.

@@Manuttri I think that’s absolutely how Alex’s meant it… but it wasn’t timed well and looked arrogant. It would have looked completely different and worked had he been 10 meters ahead or something, coming in on his own.
