you'll never understand how much of a bomb Mitch Moreland's home run was unless if you were there and have frequently attended games at Dodger Stadium. In my life, you almost never see anyone hit a ball halfway up the right field bleachers. He hit it almost half way up the 2nd half of the bleachers. At the same time, he hit the ball so high, the ball was eye level with the people sitting in the reserve deck (top deck at Dodger Stadium). You never see balls up there. It was crazy. 10:11 I remember like yesterday, at my family’s party in California and they’re all massive dodger fans and I was the only Red Sox fan. So basically after Puig hit that home run I heard it until after that hit by Moreland. Then the home run by Pierce, oh my goodness I went off the rails, shouting my ass off and just loosing my mind. Then when Pierce hit that ball towards the gap at the wall, I let my family have it, some of my family members actually left because they were that mad. Even after the game I continued to torment them by playing “I love LA” on the Bluetooth speaker they has. What a fun time that was, I was surely everyone’s favorite that day.

Thanks for the excellent uploads, absolutely fantastic !! Rarely seen /hard to get sport in the UK ( I am not paying expensive BT for baseball and only baseball on their channel. ) . Fell in love with Baseball on a trip to Boston/ New York, I had always liked the clips I'd seen and the films, The Rookie, Field of Dreams etc. I thought I had a good throwing arm (cricketer) but when I saw college teams practicing in Boston I was amazed , we didn't realize what was happening as there were trees and bushes between where we were practicing ( rugby team on a tour) and the baseball guys. We could hear these loud smacks... someone said baseball and we all assumed it was the ball hitting bat...we went to have a look. It wasn't, it was hitting gloves ! This is probably familiar to most American baseball fans but for an Englishman this next part was amazing... Went on after that to organise a trip to 'Fenway', walked along the side of the home plate to first base and we were allowed in the dug-out. The lady taking the tour told us we couldn't go on the grass as it had chemicals that would damage our shoes ha ha . We went then into the ground behind the catcher to the 600 Club as it was called then (1995?) Ever since? Loved it !!

I am a Dodger fan who thought we would either get swept or lose 4-1 - after the 19-inning win and then being up 4-0 in late innings here I thought maybe we might make a series out of this after all. I'd almost rather have lost the 19-inning game and gotten swept than had to deal with the giant tease that this game was.
@TheMuyjk16 жыл бұрын
Manny, dirty play. No team wants you in FA market.
@macbirt566 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately, too many teams need his bat so he'll get to keep playing. They'll just look the other way regarding his dirty play. But I hope he at least gets a fine or suspension.

Best baseball highlights. You've captured everything that I want in a highlight video and let the game be the star instead of the video extras. MLB should hire you for all postseason games. Thank you!

The Dodgers won the World Series the way they lost this game. I cannot stand the Dodgers being a diehard Giants fan but y’all won this season and were the best team right out of the gate hopefully in a couple of years my team has a chance to be competitive again. I’m still waiting for the first Giants vs Dodgers playoff series.
